What We Look For:

• Concrete laborers, finishers, carpenters, operators, and at times field leads and superintendents.

• Proven reliability with strong attendance and time-management skills
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in varied job-site environments
• 2+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction, including formwork, large pours, finishing, or related trades

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Willingness to travel from project to project across multiple states
