What We Look For:
- Concrete laborers, finishers, carpenters, operators, and at times field leads and superintendents.
- Proven reliability with strong attendance and time-management skills
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in varied job-site environments
- 2+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction, including formwork, large pours, finishing, or related trades
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Willingness to travel from project to project across multiple states
